l do not sketch because l find it messy looking. i get sorta stressed when l draw fashion designs thinking that it is not good enough, if it is the right way to design, & other crap. some retired fashion designer said the way i'm designing is not proper, she says i'm actually drawing clothing too realistic & does not look like fashion designs at all. but she is very old fashioned.
my mom & other people who've seen my work said i'm really talented but whenever l see those fashion sketches in the magazines, they look drawn with paint & a brush. so in what way do l sketch, draw, or paint? i design clothing with a black pen, pencil, crayola color pencils, crayola crayons, & crayola markers.

hi well to tell u the truth .. first of all u need to bring the right dimensions or scale of the models that they design on .. like, u know long legs low waist. then u trace a model on a tracing paper then start to draw u clothes on it just like that ! :) second : coloring see some coloring techniques on this web site & learn how to color.. to get that professional look in designing ;) 1.http://fashiontechniques.com/fashion-book.htm and btw u need to learn to draw & color with watercolor & colored pencils ..
